Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution for the United States of America sets the limitation of Federal Jurisdiction. The problem is that there are three definitions of the term "United States" in the law dictionary. They don’t mean the same thing. When an ignorant population takes the term to have the same meaning in every context – you have the exact disaster of sprawling power and tyranny that we have today. The Founding Fathers were very articulate and educated and wrote extensively on the separation of jurisdiction in the Federalist Papers. Which of the three United States do you live in and under?

Tyranny is leading the charge to remove the weapons from the hands of the free individual and fear is being used to control that part of the population who is terrified of weapons. End result: One large fear and tyranny stricken mob working in unison to grab your last line of defense so you can be conquered.
